At District 135 Fitness we start you out with a “no sweat intro” That is an initial goal session where we discuss together where you are now and where you want to be. We then set up your onramp sessions which are one on one sessions going over all movements and making sure form and function is correct. Our onramp process is designed to take anyone at any fitness level through progressions to eventually join the group CrossFit classes. Anyone from couch to current athlete can go through our on ramp course. Usually this is a 6 week transformation course, which will also start and end with an InBody biometric scan so you can see concrete results. After that, group CrossFit classes and quarterly goal sessions will keep you on track. Are you ready to change your life?
